Scorpios Get More Asthma?

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/12/09/health/research/09asthma.html

The article explains certain situations that children have a higher risk of being infected with asthma. It is proven that children born in the fall have a higher tendencey to have asthma because at the age of four months is normally a time when parents choose to put their children in daycare. If the child is born in the fall, four months from their birthday is the peak of flu season therefore are exposed to high amounts of germs in daycare. Babies lungs are still developing at four months, and don't have a strong immune system so they are at higher risk of catching a virus. Winter viruses can turn into asthma. Other situations that the article mentions that children have a higher tendencey to have asthma is their mother having a C-Section giving birth to the child, and areas where the child is born in.

I thought the article was very basic and easy to understand in one reading, short and sweet. The author gave a basic definition of asthma to help readers understand what the article would be talking about, and not a scientific definition that the reader would be lost after the first few words. I also thought the title was eye catching. I immediatly clicked on the article to find out why Scorpios get more asthma. The author then continues to keep the reader hooked by providing them with intersting fact after interesting fact about why "Scorpios" are most likely to have asthma. The author also expanded his research by providing other situations where children have a higher risk to have asthma.
